I’ve been coming here since you opened because I live in Township and was tired of the your style salon by Ace Hardware. At first, it was great because of the professionalism and the straight razor hot towel treatment. I’ve always brought $40 for the haircut and tip even when it was in the low 20s and I understood when it went up to 26 maybe $28 because of the economy, but now that prices are going down you guys go up to 32 which I still pay 40 which hurts the tip but today the barber ran a 1.5 buzzer around my ears and neck handed me a mirror and said see ya. No neck shave, nothing cut off the top.That’s a huge disappointment but I still gave him 40 bucks to keep up my end of the deal and shook my head and left. I never leave reviews because I understand off days and average service but I’m so bummed out I feel I just had to and maybe Geo could reiterate customer service to the guys.
