I was just at your car wash and spent $21.00 for a wash and to have my tires done and halfway through the service, the machine stopped working. I had to reverse my car multiple times and drive it forward again before the machine finally opened the door. There was still soap all over my car that hadn’t been washed off. Please email me with instructions on how to receive a refund. Your cameras would have caught all of this so check them to verify my complaint. The time is 8:05 on June 27, 2024 and I drive a maroon Acura TL license plate 5131660 NH.
