This was my first stop when I got into town and couldn't have been more impressed. I had the pork adobo, and the flavor and tenderness were amazing. Employees were super friendly and I highly suggest this place. |
Hostesses were stellar. The salmon sinigang is good! They offer half and half servings so you can have/taste a variety of food. Generous serving with heapings of salmon belly/collar tips meat. In my opinion, these are the best parts compared to salmon steak which tends to be dry! The soup tasted like watered down sinigang sour broth but I definitely appreciated the mustardy flavor! They sold out of sinigang while we were in line. Pork adobo, I was told is a secret menu. Beef in the beef chile is quite tender. The well coiffed owner/hostess was pleasant with a warm, welcoming demeanor. She made sure well taken care of and consistently checked in on us even after we got up to leave. With that, it is a resounding 5 stars. She exude and epitomizes the warm Filipino hospitality and for that, we’re thankful! |
Went on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. Had the fried bangus with pancit. My family got the sinigang and pork adobo. It's that home style comfort food. That being said, if you are missing having classic comfort Filipino dishes, go here. But it's possible you might think you or your parents make it just as good or better 😅. It's a nice option to have at the market that's for sure! I don't love the order way up front and bring the food order to the back cooks system. And the aggressive wall signs could be a turn off for some and it seems to contrast the welcoming character of the cook! Addressing these couple of things could bring a more positive customer experience and better compliment the homestyle and welcoming taste of the food. |
