i would not recommend this place. I've been a twice and while they can get you in with a minimal wait, but the quality is not good. The last pedicure I had, the nail polish chipped on 2 toes by the 6t
I have been going to this place for the last 10 years and all i can say is they are the best. Place is clean, service is excellent and the owner is a sweetheart.
I loooove Top A. Great service, very clean and quick and they do a beautiful job! I just moved out of the neighborhood but highly recommend my girls at Top A!
