| Dine in | Dinner | $10–20 You must try this place! I have followed the Sushi chef Robert to a few other locations and now he is the owner of this restaurant. He is hands down the best Sushi Chef in Albuquerque. He is so friendly and caring and a true artist with sushi. The ramen is the best in town. I highly recommend the Geisha roll and the pork ramen, as well as any of the bento boxes. I live about 25 minutes from here and I would be here several times a week if I could. | Dine in | Dinner | $10–20 The Tonkotsu Ramen is quite good and it will definitely leave you wanting more. The chashu pork is well-prepared and the broth is savory. I asked the staff to prepare my ramen spicy and they did not disappoint - it was perfectly done. If you're a fan of Takoyaki, this place has one of the best I've had in a long time... you must give it a try! The things you can expect when you visit this restaurant; Great food! Friendly staff! | Dine in | Lunch | $30–50 This new sushi restaurant is excellent! I love the sushi, the atmosphere, and the friendly customer service! We got the spicy tuna and spicy salmon roll and they were both super delicious! One very minor complaint that I have is that these sushi places assume that everybody knows how to use chopsticks and don’t provide forks unless requested, but that’s not a big deal. This is still a great sushi restaurant and it’s definitely high on my list of favorite sushi restaurants in Albuquerque, NM! Vegetarian options: Lots of dishes that don’t provide meat and lots of rolls that have vegetables if you’re not afraid of fish meat.
